This free mindfulness timer is very useful for your Mindfulness practices such as the Body Scan, Awareness of Breath Meditation, Sitting Meditation etc. You can select a session for up to 1 hour or just 5 minutes. You can also get to choose between two types of Bells to start and end your meditation. It also allows you to trigger a Bell sound at a specific time to remind you to be Mindful.
